Is Lakshya an academic exam?

No. Lakshya is not a pass-or-fail academic exam. It is a career discovery process that helps identify patterns, preferences, strengths, and possible career directions.

For Students

How does a student start the assessment process?

The student needs to log in using the credentials provided by the school or platform. After login, the student can view and complete the assessments assigned to them.

Can the student complete the assessments in parts?

Yes. The student may complete the assessments at their own pace, depending on the platform instructions. If the process is not completed in one sitting, the student should log in again and continue from the pending section.

What should the student keep in mind while answering?

Students should answer honestly and naturally. There are no right or wrong answers. The purpose is to understand the student’s actual interests, strengths, preferences, and working style.

What happens if the student has pending assessments?

If any student assessment is pending, the final Career Discovery Profile may not be generated. The student should complete all pending sections visible on the dashboard.
